I design closed art programmes for people who have money and taste but no bridge into the contemporary art world – and for the small galleries who need to run like programmes, not shops. Twenty years of UHNWI production, six cohorts of the Cartier Women's Initiative Academy, and one proven Côte d'Azur format behind the approach.
Six guests. Côte d'Azur. Two private-collector homes, one artist's studio, one curator walking you through a foundation you've only heard of, one dinner with a gallerist who can actually sell to you the next morning. We do it once, we do it properly, and you leave with a piece that belongs in your life – not on your LinkedIn.
Ran the pilot with four guests in October 2025. Opening the commercial format in summer 2026.
Founders, partners, senior operators who've made real money and want art to be part of the life – not a trophy, not a logo. Budget €15–200K for first pieces, curiosity larger than budget, zero patience for being sold to.
Four days. Six guests. Residential. Two nights in a private estate, two nights in a design hotel. Private driver. Three months of 1:1 follow-up after the weekend while you live with the work.
Sixty-three percent of galleries say it's harder to operate than two years ago. Return-collector revenue is maxed out. Donor development, programming-as-fundraising, press-value mathematics – these are my trade, not yours. Three days in Barcelona, twelve directors, the Cartier Academy playbook applied to independent galleries.
Donor development from cold CRM to first acquisition. Programming that pays its own bill. Press-value math – how €850K raised becomes €7.6M of media. Cohort and Academy design borrowed directly from six Cartier Women's Initiative runs. AI for a small team without hiring an engineer.
Three days, closed room, Barcelona. One-to-one programme diagnosis for each participant. Monthly peer call for six months after.
If what you need doesn't fit a weekend or an intensive – a private lecture, an academy design, a residency programme for a brand, a gallery advisory retainer, an artist you want to build a career with, or an art segment for a corporate off-site – write to me directly. I've produced for Cartier, Prada, Chanel, L'Oréal, Mercedes-Benz, TSUM, Sberbank, TFWA, and the Naked Heart Foundation. Forwart Group handles art-as-asset advisory for the collections that have outgrown weekends. Murmur Atelier is the residential brand. Voda is one of the artists I'm in long-term dialogue with.
The one-sheet for the summer weekends is private. Tell me who you are and what you're circling; I'll reply within a few days.
